When our interactions with other humans are meaningful and productive, we are not only more personally fulfilled, but we are also more professionally effective. In 2024, there is a heightened sense of feeling unheard, undervalued, and disconnected. Emotions are erupting. Clients and counsel seem to entrench in unreasonable and irrational positions. This presentation will offer specific tools and strategies to immediately implement in your legal practice to improve outcomes when navigating difficult conversations with clients, counsel, and colleagues alike.
Presenter: Colleen Byers, JD, MBA, RYT200 of Colleen Byers Mediation, LLC

CLE Approval
* General CLE approved. Ethics CLE Pending. Alta Pro applies directly for approval of its webinars in the following states: CO, GA, IA, IL, IN, KY, MI (Michigan Indigent Defense Commission credit), MN, NC, SC, OH, PA, TN, TX and WI
In almost all cases, given that our webinars are always approved in the above 14 CLE states, lawyers who are licensed in any other US state will also be able to receive credit for attending our webinars. Certain states, known as reciprocal states, will simply accept the approval from any of the above states, as if the program was approved in their state (i.e., AZ, CA, CT, FL, NJ, NY among others). Other states require that the lawyer submit an application for approval. While we do not apply in every state, our CLE coordinator will assist any attendee with the application process.
